6. Vehicle Collection and Completion

  • Collection arrangements will be agreed separately

  • Payment method and timing will be confirmed prior to completion

  • Ownership will only transfer once full payment has been made and required documentation is completed

7. End-of-Life Vehicles

Where applicable, vehicles sold as end-of-life vehicles may be dismantled or recycled in accordance with UK environmental regulations. Once sold, the vehicle may not be recoverable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hub 33 shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from reliance on website information

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
